This Refund Policy explains how Azrael Interactive LLC ("Azrael", "Company", "we", "us", and "our") handles refund requests and disputes.
We understand you may not get everything you wanted out of premium, that is why we offer a seven (7) day refund policy.
If for some reason you have changed your mind and are no longer interested in Azrael premium, we are happy to refund your money within seven (7) days of the purchase as long as the following conditions are met:
If you meet both of these conditions and wish to request a refund, please contact our payment support team (Be sure to have your order number)
If you have already redeemed the premium key and contact us within seven (7) days of purchase, we may offer a one-time courtest refund at our discretion
Refunds not covered by the above or below portion of this policy, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. You must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to be eligble for a partial refund
If you believe your card was used fraudulently for a purchase on our site, please contact our payment support team immediately. If you contact us beyond ninety (90) days of the purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund, please contact your banking institution or card issuer in this case.
If you believe an error occured (pricing error, undelivered product), we will happily refund you the full cost of the product and provide you the product for free upon confirmation of the error. You must report the error to us within thirty (30) days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
