This Refund Policy explains how Azrael Interactive LLC ("Azrael", "Company", "we", "us", and "our") handles refund requests and disputes.
We understand you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer a seven (7) day refund policy.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisified with your purchase, you may be eligible to recieve a full refund. The following terms apply:

Refunds that are accepted will be issued to the original payment method on file when available unless one of the following conditions are met:
Special Handling Products are subject to a 15% data processing fee, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount processed.
If you believe your card was used fraudulently for a purchase on our site, please contact our payment support team immediately. If you contact us beyond ninety (90) days of the purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund, please contact your banking institution or card issuer in this case.
If you believe an error occured (pricing error, undelivered product), we will happily provide you a 200% refund (a full refund and the purchased product). You must report the error to us within thirty (30) days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
